Pics a little blurry, but looks like a Peregrine Falcon to me.

I agree, it’s a Peregrine. Lucky, lucky person!
It’s not a red-tail, cooper’s or swainson’s.
The markings, deep leg feather coverage (and markings thereon) and posture make me think Peregrine.
Too brownish for a Peregrine. They are more of a grey/blue. My guess is a Prairie Falcon. Pretty common around here. I’ve been wrong before tho.
I agree that the bird looks a lot like a Falcon.
