Thanks, WildHighlander. I always carry Pork Rinds in my auto. They are almost as good as Bacon for an emergency snack.

Did you ever wrap water chestnuts in Bacon, then secure w a tooth pick, and throw them in the oven for a few minutes? Yum, yum....delicious.
