Ouch, ladies-I’m far older than the latest Trump trophy wife, and I’ve never had “work” done-but I do stay in shape with my job and hiking, and wear strapless tops on quick trips and errands around here, and strapless tops/dresses out to dinner-I still get a second look from guys my age, and sometimes even a compliment-and I’ll bet both of you can still rock strapless, too-this isn’t Victorian England-proper be damned, as long as it looks good.
I think the Trump trophy does look hard in the face, for any age-definitely rode hard and put up wet a few times...
I think he has a baby with that wife-I believe that other one is the kid he had with the Georgia leech, though...
Nothing wrong with strapless, just inappropriate for his press conference. Not First Ladyish for a daytime presser.
I’m sure you look good, or you wouldn’t wear strapless. I’m just saying that it takes a certain body type to carry it off. Even 9 out of 10 young brides don’t look good in their dresses. Too many have excess underarm flesh bulging out over the top of the dress. (I don’t mean bosom, I mean side bulges.) I guess I’m writing from the perspective that in my day strapless went out of style at about the time I hit college. I’ve owned plenty of strapless dresses, but haven’t worn one since HS.
Even then, we were required to wear a small jacket over a strapless dress anywhere besides the dance floor. Church, school, shopping — all required a little jacket. Only the beach, or the dance floor, permitted bare shoulders.
All of those women around him do. That's the first thing I noticed (other than the dress and that they were all very tall and very skinny) when I finally saw the clip of the announcement on TV. There was a hard, strained expression on everyone's face -- even the son.
