He stepped far over the establishment line with that speech. Way beyond the typical canned messages from corrupt politicians we've all been jaded by. Not to mention the fact he didn't have to do any of this. He knew full well after that speech he and his family, friends and associates would instantly become a prime targets of the entire D.C. establishment, every agency spook and their mouth piece media, the Hollywood cesspool, corrupt foreign leaders on the payroll, etc. He had to know the closer he got to the nomination the bigger target he'd become. And that's exactly what happened. I also felt he came across as an extremely savvy individual, as even his timing on the national political stage during that period was remarkable and pretty much perfect in my opinion.
I'm glad so many others felt the same way on election day! That's what counted.
