I also know that her parents spent some time living in South Africa; however, she NEVER went to visit them and has NEVER been to ANY African country!

Since I was very interested in some of the black works of art at the Met, when I was a child and some members of my family are from the original settlers and still live in South Africa, I am willing to bet that I know far more about this topic than she does; you too, for that matter. That doesn't make me black though !
