Not enough information made public yet to determine how Gray died, but regardless of that, Mosby overstepped her bounds in her initial approach to the case. She may have overreached in the charges against the cops and sabotaged her case from the get go.
Well, it does seem strange that two cops "driving" the van were charged w/ "murder".
Did this nincompoop prosecutor ever consider how drivers commit murder while the victim is locked up in the back of the van?
It's doubtful whether six separate cops woke up that morning and plotted to commit "murder"..... to murder a man they had never even met.
Even if this is true, I don’t think that it was a license to get someone killed. NOT making any excuses for the ensuing riots and the endless parade of idiots involved...
