The Weather Underground and other Communist radical groups that fought to “smash the patriarchy” and “smash the state” and “smash monogamy” thought it was criminal to refuse to have sex with someone. They didn't consider it rape or coercion even they desired someone of the same sex or someone who was already in a relationship.
