Well, I certainly don’t think of myself as someone with low self-esteem. It took me thirty years to find a man who was straight and loved ballet, theater and foreign films. And back in the 70s and 80s I was often a beard for a dear friend who couldn’t appear to be gay because of his employment. Ah, he threw me under the bus in the late 90s but hey? I used him as much as he used me.

All three or just one or two? I mean did you know some heterosexual men who liked one or two of those things but not all three?

I think most straight men would have the most difficult time liking ballet. Many years ago I remember seeing a very long line of people buying tickets at a local movie house for "An Evening At The Royal Ballet." Not a male in the line. And no, I wasn't going to the movie. I was stunned they'd even book a film like that in my town.
