What is bothering me is there is an accepted code of ethics when it comes to robbing someone. You point a gun at your victim and the victim is supposed to comply with the robbers wishes. There are enough shootings of thugs where the ante has been upped to the point where there could be more shootings of victims, skipping the protocol of pointing the gun and expecting the victim to comply.
