FR Contest: Guess the date that Tsarnaev is executed
one man's opinion...

The jury today sentenced Dzhokar Tsarnaev to death for the terrorist bombing attack at the 2013 Boston Marathon. So, how long before the sentence is carried out? How many appeals, reviews, stays, delays, until this POS is no longer breathing? How many days until the sentence is carried out?

06/30/2023 - 8 years for appeals and in the ‘lame duck’ period of President Cruz.

That would match McVeigh to the day.

Death row inmates do not socialize with the general population..The kid will be killed by a fellow inmate. Massachusetts may be a liberal insane asylum but he'll be in federal prison and he will be dead within a couple of years.
You know there has to be an Irish guy from South Boston with nothing left to lose who will make sure that little 8 year old boy is avenged. Whether that guy is a fellow prisoner or a prisoner guard, it's going to happen.
A few years ago they had a priest in a MA prison. He was in solitary because he was convicted of molesting a number of altar boys. He got his one night. In solitary.

I might venture a guess, but I’m fairly certain that I would not be able to collect on it.

Not applicable. I don’t think that federal officials were even injured here.

The “clean” way to do this is that someone who is already on death row is allowed to get him.

Oh, for heavens’ sake, I only focused on Geraldo and didn’t even see Brian and Dan until I looked at it again just now. My bad!
So cleverly done!

Big difference between a person requesting all appeals be halted vs. the Boston bomber who will fight his execution, until all appeals are exhausted, probably sometime after a good many Freepers here are dead at least 15 years from now. I had forgotten about that. No doubt, had he not done so we would still be paying for his upkeep.

I'm 62 now.
If I win posthumously, can the prize go to my grand-kids?

Remember that McVeigh waived all appeals and sped up his execution. I don't think this guy is going to do that, he strikes me as a snively, cowardly little sh**.
