I believe the one on the right IS the same one who was arrested in front of a Philly voting precinct, intimidating White voters with a nightstick.

He admitted it and was released by Eric Holder’s goon DoJ without prosecution.

He later went to “help” policing in the Florida Trayvon Martin community where this picture was taken.
