“Already providing grounds for an appeal.
A prosecutor’s charging decision is not grounds for appeal.
>> A prosecutors charging decision is not grounds for appeal.
Not per se. But when that prosecutor lays charges herself — instead of bringing the matter before a grand jury,
and
does so in order to effect “crowd control”
and
is recorded telling the riotous crowd “I heard your call for ‘No justice, no peace,’” Mosby said. “Your peace is sincerely needed as I work to deliver justice on behalf of this young man.”
and
has received big campaign contributions, and is cozy with, the attorney for the perp who died
then
yes, I’d have to agree, whether intentionally or no, the breathtakingly impulsive and incompetent affirmative action hire Marilyn Mosby is, in fact, doing a good job of laying the groundwork for an appeal, should the officers be convicted.
And Her Honorable Blackness may not even get THAT far... they MIGHT be acquitted due to her rash behavior!
