Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is not an easy person to take seriously, but her decision to give space to those “who wished to destroy” has at least made her interesting.
Her office says she was misunderstood regarding her alarming “space to destroy” remark. However, it has been revealed that she did order police to stand down so that the rioters could destroy her city:
Despite a firm denial by Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, a senior law enforcement source charges that she gave an order for police to stand down as riots broke out Monday night, raising more questions about whether some of the violence and looting could have been prevented.
The source, who is involved in the enforcement efforts, confirmed to Fox News there was a direct order from the mayor to her police chief Monday night, effectively tying the hands of officers as they were pelted with rocks and bottles.
Asked directly if the mayor was the one who gave that order, the source said: “You are God damn right it was.”
To quote Ms. Rawlings-Blake: “Let them loot, it’s only property.”
She meant, “it’s only other people’s property” — and if she had any respect for that, she wouldn’t be a Democrat.
Stephanie appears to be taking orders directly from Obama’s top advisor (some would say supervisor). Valerie Jarrett has been in “regular contact” with her according to a White House spokesman.
Not just anybody gets orders directly from Obama’s babysitter. Rawlings-Blake has a leadership position in the DNC. From 2013:
Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will become the secretary of the Democratic National Committee on Tuesday, giving her a prominent role in national politics.
The appointment, which has not been formally announced, will give Rawlings-Blake a voice in the party’s national political apparatus…
This might explain why a mayor is implementing national policy regarding encouraging blacks to riot, as the Obama Administration did more directly in the Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown spectacles.
Stephanie was one of three members of the Panel of Mayors involved in “The President’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing (PDF),” a project intended to work toward the authoritarian objective of nationalizing local police. This is a prerequisite for transitioning from a soft to a hard tyranny, and goes a long way toward explaining the contrived and massively hyped crisis of “racist” police allegedly oppressing black criminals.

She mentioned something Monday night during her presser about letting the kids loot that hasn’t been followed up on.
When asked, she said “we are following best practices” for these kinds of emergencies.
I want someone to pin her down on that. Is that
the results or findings from the “commission” she was on, that investigated the Ferguson or is this what she was ordered to do from Valerie Jarrett this week?
Imagine that from now on the feral yutes will be given a 24 hr. Free pass if they want to riot and loot. There won’t be a Liberal City left standing by the end of summer!

Ferguson, MO. and now Baltimore, MD. Both situations in these cities deliberately whipped up and inflamed by Obama and his Democrats.
It shows how little she cares about the poor community as well... she didn’t stop the marauders from destroying what little there was.
And that boys and girls, is how we create a "food desert".
There is video of a City counsel member, in the middle of the riots, saying they ordered a stand down. He then gets angry and cuts off the interview when he is told that a store is being looted.
I imagine the Mayor must have told city council that riots were a ‘go’.
Forget what you hear from the media and owned politicians. In the end I blame much of the current turmoil and situation in the USA on dirty treasonous politicians and bankers that put their greed first and usurped patriotism and the integrity, unity and economic security of the USA.
Our nation’s problems really began many years ago when bankers pushed to eliminate tariffs paid by importers and replace them with income taxes and eventually sell it as free trade. European nations moved production to the USA back then, to get access to our market. Tariffs worked in our national interest, but income taxes put us into national debt
These mfers have purposely promoted poverty and destroyed what was a much more cohesive economic secure country where American CITIZENS had meaningful decent paying manufacturing jobs... through outsourcing, and importing illegals etc to undercut American workers. Their actions created the debt and dependent society we see. When the economy is purposely undercut by the policies of Harvard elites, the result is what we are seeing. It can not be denied that our leaders did this to our nation.

Obama will gladly own it. It's so obvious this is part of his plan to destroy this country. What's sad is the exact people that Obama and the left are using, are the people that he has hurt the most. Imagine coming from generational welfare, fatherless homes and you are so uneducated you really can't see what the left have really stolen from you. A decent education (school choice) and a fulfilling career, a welfare system structured for single parenthood (children denied a father and a mother a husband), a decent and safe life......

We got her number this weekend when she seemed cheered that Al Sharpton was on his way. From the moment he arrived he became mayor of Baltimore and she’s at the back of the bus with body guards.

Do Black lives really matter? How many of the parents of Blacks murdered by Blacks received a call of Obama or send his personal representative to the funeral?

Not holding back one bit. Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says O is “quietly enjoying” what’s going on in Baltimore because he’s a ‘promoter of division’ and has ‘benefitted politically’ from ‘dividing’ people.
Sheriff Clarke points out all the times President Obama has pitted one group of Americans against another. He also questions why Obama didn’t come out and speak about the Baltimore riots earlier. He was interviewed here on the Mark Levin Show
