Some 60K of 642K are hard core addicts. Supposedly 48K are heroin addicts and Baltimore is the nation’s heroin capital according to the Feds. Again, the articles say the addiction goes from one generation to the next. Here is an ABC article. And the news has said zip about this. Plus the cops get extra fed funds. The mayor is an idiot.
