Maybe if you got a clue - and figured out that Ted Cruz is a Senator - a representative of TEXAS to the US Congress - and has NOTHING to do with state and local ordnances - especially things like dogs and cats...you might take a few moments to research WHO SHOULD HELP YOU...(besides you helping yourself a bit more.)
HEY - why not write to Obama, after all, as the pRESIDENT - he is supposed to represent all people. Why not write him, and then rag on him when he doesn’t fix your problem.
He wants the federal government to unconstitutionally stick its nose in to state and local issues, and he gets upset and bitter when it won't.
