This bike shop is run by the Davis Bike Collective (no kidding), so real life isn’t in their collective consciousness. My question is this: After getting their bikes, how in the world with the people who feel intimidated by the mere presence of men ever be able to ride their bikes in public? Unless Davis, California plans to ban men, as well.

The Davis Bike Collective deserves to go out of business for insulting their (apparently) biggest and most lucrative segment of clientèle.

Lots of white people are intimidated by the presence of black people. And vice versa.

What this country needs is a mandatory course in insensitivity training. I could teach it.
