Sounds like you have an agenda.
How did he do as Solicitor for the State of Texas when he had that job? How about his arguments in front of SCOTUS?
Yep. I'll keep sending him money just to cope with folks with an agenda.

Yes sir-ee. Can't wait for the debates to begin. Primary and Presidential.
If a man will honor the Constitution, he will honor God.
If he honors God, God will honor him.

I worked in Reagan’s California campaigns.
He had few politicians with him, and trusted none of them with any power in his campaigns. Like Cruz, he was supported and coached by conservative business people.
This is what we need again. Political Insiders are all saboteurs.

I have no doubt whatsoever, that senator Cruz will handle the visit with aplomb. Just tell him to smile a lot, and do not look antagonistic to the gallery.

Political Insiders are all saboteurs.
And power-brokers. They’re ready to open veins because they can’t control Cruz, who is powered by the People and the memories of their Free ancestors.
They’re still in shock having learned Cruz is anti-grifter, and is not for sale.

I see a lot of folks here with anti-Cruz agendas.
Some are honest differences, some are GOP-E shills, and some are just clueless mouth breathers that get their news from the old media.

You know at this point, I would not predict who is going to get the nomination. In 2012, many were guaranteeing that it was going to be Gingrich and many thought Sarah was going to run. Nobody knows but regardless someone will end up our candidate and we will either win or get Hillary. That is really the bottom line.

That’s what he did with the libertarians. Went right to them, in a friendly way, said, “Ask me the hard questions. Don’t hold back.” THIS is the way to reach out!!! No pandering. Just honesty. Love me some Cruz!!!!!!!!!!

No, the bottom line is that even if nothing else happens with Cruz, he has changed the narrative, and moved it to a more conservative side.
That is part of what the 'conventional wisdom' misses.
You assume that Hillary! will get the nomination. Lots of 'conventional wisdom' does. And I reject that premise because no-one besides God knows what will happen in that race.

There is still zip, zero, nada executive experience. He was the executive of 4,000 employees when he was AG of Texas.
You won't admit it but, that is EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE.

Seems like he's covering all the bases without pandering. Which is sooooo refreshing. He even told farmers that he opposed ethanol subsidies. I can't remember anyone saying that to their faces.
I would LOVE to see Ted speak at an inner-city school and field questions from hostile students and teachers. Tell them what Democrap policies have done to them. He could really change some hearts. It would have the progressives scrambling like cockroaches when the light switch is turned on. They would have to expend all their energy on DEFENSE for a change.

However Cruz is still a little light in experience. Still a very junior freshman Senator. And still an Ivy League trained lawyer. Sound familiar? Was Obama the Solicitor General for one of the largest states who successfully argued religious freedom questions before a liberal Supreme Court, and didn't spend his youth rabble-rousing?

Running an agency with over 4000 employees and 700 lawyers IS executive experience. He did that as Solicitor General.

Only to those who haven't taken the trouble to actually think past your false comparison.
Obama, a lightweight street agitator, has managed to push through and accomplish much of his agenda. He's running circles around career politicians. Cruz, on the other hand, has more experience and is a brilliant man. Imagine what he could accomplish as president.
As Rush Limbaugh said, it isn't the experience, or the lack of it, that matters---it's the ideology. Obama wouldn't be a better president if he had governed a state---he would still be a disaster.
Ted Cruz is a natural leader.

Solicitor General? I have never seen that on my ballot. Maybe Texas does it different, but here we do not ELECT the Solicitor General, we elect an Attorney General. Solicitor General is an APPOINTED POSITION.
I guess you are right, it is an executive position. My bad, I should have said, CHIEF executive position.
Shame on me.
Still only a little over two ( 2 ) years in elective office. Still a Freshman Junior Senator. No Chief Executive experience. Still Ivy league educated lawyer. And still no executive record, since any decision as to which case to prosecute was not his to make. That was Governor Perry's or AG Abbott's decision or maybe even the legislature's.
