I guess this isn't a parking lot. It's a private towing company that has a large history of bad acts.

I guess they towed her car while she was dining. You have to pay huge fees to get your car out of those places and you have no recourse. I understand her rant. She still shouldn't have done it though. Her career go bye-bye now.

Oh, I was pissed when my car got towed, but I didn’t berate the poor person when I finally got there. I was not overly polite, but no tirade or personal insults.
