That’s the nice thing about my tiny town. Its more than 10 miles off the interstate and people just a few miles away don’t seem to know we’re here.
I’ve been through several hurricanes.
When the main roads are too congested for traffic to move people will take back roads without having the slightest clue where they are going.
The road that leads to my property had a sign that said Dead End but it didn’t make any difference. They still drove down it and had to turn around when they got to the dead end.
Main thing people have to get off the main roads to try and find gas the gas stations on the main roads run out pretty quick when you have a mass evacuation out of a city.
Let me know if you find a place that's a gas tank away from an interstate. I reckon there might be some such in Alaska.
