that’s right, Stg West made a mistake about the timing of CPR.
CPR was started when it was medically appropriate, several minutes after the Sgt arrived on scene.
the law distinguishes between police making material and knowingly false reports; and an honest mistake.

i’ll let folks read the attached and decide for themselves if getting the time of CPR start wrong, when first aid/cpr was properly done, is “material and knowingly false” or an honest mistake.

that’s right, just as none of the reports have the number and location of Scott’s wounds either.
