How exactly does one do CPR to someone laying face down?
And why do the reports posted at the same site make no mention of Slager being tasered at all?..or taser barbs?
Sorry...I found no credible evidence to support the assertion made that Slager had taser barbs in him.
I can't imagine, under any circumstances, that the police would withhold that information if it were true.
