I did look that one up. Basically it means someone who “thinks differently” and claims that as a mark of distinction. In short, equal intellectual rights for stupid people.

At first glance seeing the “neuro” part and then divergent, I thought it might have meant the person’s head was split in two. And in reality the person’s brain is split in a number of parts, all equally stupid.
