Yes, it will cost more, but the workers will be more careful making sure your order is right, they will be polite and courteous, they will smile more. The entire experience will be upgraded. Better pay equals better service. Sarcasm OFF.
That will rule out a lot of people as these because hiring requirements will also 'improve'.....and kids who are better educated etc. who wouldn't have considered working there will now apply...so these guys or some like them just pushed themselves further down the pole.
