I have seen this and it is true to the original. Sort of campy because they don’t have the big bucks. It would be neat to see them expand their effort.

I am looking forward to the “Axanar” project’s final film. The teaser video, done in the format of a futuristic History/Military Channel sort of retrospective, is very good indeed.

Well, when you think about it, the original started out pretty campy as well. Not to mention the gravitas *cough* and range of expressions *cough, cough* that William Shatner brought to the set.
