Gov says "fix it"....which is saying he didn't or won't sign it.
Here's the rub: If he refuses to sign or veto it, doesn't it become law anyways?
If he DOES VETO it, then there is more than the 2/3 needed to overturn the veto.
Looks like it will be law of the land soon unless the lawsuits start flying.
He’s not vetoing, that would have given the legislature a chance to override the veto. He’s caving to the LGBT militants and corporate elites that oppose the bill without looking even worse with a veto.
2/3 is not needed in Arkansas. They only need a majority.
