That is the concern — why the exercises in U.S. cities such as Fort Lauderdale? The apparent use of infiltration tactics and the widespread nature (i.e., numerous states) of this exercise are disturbing. It can’t be to control drunken spring breakers, that’s for sure.
They had a drill in Southfield Michigan about a week back. It was supposed to take place entirely within the confines of the Army Reserve center but somebody went for coffee without taking the ISIS flags off the Humvee.
