“Did someone in CT get him that number?” A transparent misdirection ploy. The number belongs to a man who died in Hawaii who was likely using L4B’s grandmother’s bank and she lifted it for him knowing the man died without heirs. The entire family is a criminal infestation, on both sides.

Exactly. That fits Occam’s razor. Maybe T.W. granny was a bit miffed at hearing older white men were “visiting” with her grandson and seeing him with $$. Maybe she thought an honest job scooping ice cream might do him some good. But how to get her illegal grandson a SS??? Hmmm, here’s a man who just passed away... He won’t be using his any more.....

There is a website which contains Soc numbers of dead people.

You can go to that site, pick a number, and poof you have a new number for a new identity.

I bump into that site frequently while doing genealogical research.

So, no one has to pass it out.

Pick a number, any number.
