God will watch over Israel and “punish” those who oppose Israel. You are right, and this is going to have a devastating and direct impact on America (if we haven't already killed ourselves as a nation).
I have begun wearing a Star-of-David along with my cross (on the same silver chain), as a statement of my support and prayers for Israel. It seems to provoke a lot of comments and questions and gives a great opportunity to discuss your very true reminder that "God will watch over Israel and “punish” those who oppose Israel."
