Passengers should demand to know religion of pilots and crew before boarding. Then if any are Muslim they can refuse to fly.

On another note: Back in the 70s when airlines made the decision to bring the cockpit crew minimum from 3 to 2, this problem was foreseen by many as a recipe for disaster. Bottom dollar wins again.
ABSOLUTELY. I wouldn’t want to fly with ANY Muslims aboard and no one should have to. Perhaps if enough people value their lives and demand such information the airlines will get the message. The only way ANY Muslim should be aboard a plane in this country is as DEAD CARGO-and even then I’d scan the body. And what about psych checks of pilots who have so many lives in their hands? Anyone do that, or is it a ‘protect each other’ pact thing that you can be a whack-job and no one is alerted? I say there IS an Islam connection, and if there is I would hope Germany acts to purge their country of all things Islam-any way they choose to.
