You said collective bargaining......that’s different than mandatory membership. Give him time. You can’t change that which you do not govern.....which is everything when you lose.

Walker talks about the decision to leave the police and fire out of Act 10. He claims it was for security reasons. Imagine during the demonstrations and chaos going on in the Capitol if the prison guards, police and fire walked off their jobs.
