DSL doesn’t do well streaming IMO.

With DSL it depends on how close to the switching station you are. If you are within 1 to 2 miles it is fine. After that, the speed tends to drop off. Also, it depends on the condition of the lines coming into your house ( and if your ISP throttles ). I'm within 2 miles and have an average of 20Mbps download ( which is the speed I am paying for ) and can stream HD perfectly.

True, and on the speed you pay for. Mine is low. 3mb I think.
