You can be prepped to the hilt but if you live in LA, NYC or NOLA you will have a hard time.
You want to locate in a red or purple state in the reddest county you can find, in a rural setting far from any urban areas or projects.

Instead of going on beach or cruise vacations, we're traveling south and getting the feel for a few spots. Welcome any and all suggestions for spots to consider.
