Jeff Williams, who shot two Ferguson police officers, posted on Facebook about how “f*ked up” the actions of Darren Wilson were the day he shot and killed Michael Brown.
Despite this, protest leaders in Ferguson are distancing themselves from Williams, saying he was not a protester. Williams’s posts on social media show that to be a lie.
On a post dated January 15, Williams posted an extremely inaccurate video that he believed was an accurate representation of what happened between Michael Brown and Darren Wilson. The video showed Wilson attacking Brown, strangling him, and then shooting the teen while he had his hands up and was on his knees.
The video then shows the Ferguson police station’s version of events, as if it was their word against witnesses. In fact, Wilson’s version of events were corroborated by witnesses and forensic evidence.
Despite this, Williams wrote “f*ked up” on top of his post:

A lot depends upon range (anything other than face-to-face is pretty long range for your avg gang banger and for a 40 S&W - muzzle velocity drops off quickly) and also the striking point. It appears that the officer who was shot in the face was hit a glancing blow, since it traveled along his cheekbone and exited at his ear. The path of the other wound is not as clear bec. "back" covers a lot of territory, but if he has already been released from the hospital it was another glancing blow, as shoulder wounds are uncomplicated only in Westerns.
So the narrative that's being presented here seems fairly plausible.
They won't try him on admissions alone (thugs talk big all the time). Unless he was smart enough to ditch the gun, they'll have ballistics etc.

And unless you're talking about a .22-250, a .22 cal scoped rifle is hardly the choice of a pro (which is what I presume you are suggesting here). 100 yards is a theoretical possibility, but 50 yards is more realistic, even with scope. You realize that the competition distance for .22 LR (iron sights) is 50 FEET?

Well I would say that as the velocity of .40 cal decreases the strike power increases so if it hits the cheek at only 400 to 500 ft per second its going to expend all its energy right there and kill you dead.
A .22 at high speed deflects off a glancing blow so to speak. I am curious to see what the ballistics show.
.40 cal. 180 gr. at 100 meters your head would be in a different place than your body. You would have a better chance of hitting the lotto than making the shot. I smell KGB, CIA, Mossad, Recon, DHS pudd, and a Grassy Knoll.
