There should be room enough for two or more St.Patrick’s Day Parades, especially in Boston. If its too late to apply for an assembly permit, there is always next year. We’re talking about a parade not a war. I’m betting The Knights of Columbus would garner a lot of public support,and under more agreeable terms than what is offered now.
