From Vitaly Klim's facebook.
Friends from Moscow reported: since yesterday, since around 11.03.14: 40 minutes and to date, the core functions of the Office of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION Dmitry Medvedev, are in control of the ARMED FORCES of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION. Noticed increased appearances of "member-carriers" [slang for chauffeured limousines of the government people] accompanied by TRAFFIC POLICE and security to the Kremlin and the Russian Government, and the Kremlin and Moscow itself, marked by unprecedented activity of the helicopter flights. Today, on several occasions landing helicopters were also seen on the territory of Hospital at the Office of the President. May be pure coincidence, as the hospital has pretty much solid clientele.
But this only confirms the fact that something's gone wrong!
We are waiting for news!
Supposedly Big Crimea First Year Celebration in Red Square and all dignitaries etc. coming in for that....
Announcement may have something to do with Crimea since they’re using the stage for that.
Any reports on tanks etc. in square have been sown false....those on the square say there’s nothing like that there.
Some CIA person says he’s got the flu....might be better saying that then he had a stroke and comatose! Which is also being rumored.
I won’t be surprised if he’s ill...
The Russian documentary about the much-discussed reunification of the Crimean republic with Russia after 60 years under Ukrainian rule will air on Sunday.
Titled “Crimea- Way Back Home,” will have its Russian premiere on the “Rossiya 1” TV channel at 10:00 p.m. Moscow time (19:00 GMT).
FYI:...... US is planning to shut down its Saudi embassy in Riyadh and two consulates general for the next two days over security concerns, the US diplomatic mission in Saudi Arabia said.
US Department of State urged the citizens to “carefully consider the risks of travelling to Saudi Arabia and limit non-essential travel within the country.”
You can tell it’s weekend on twitter...all the kiddies who have useless lifes come out.....gads they’re soo annoying with their nonsense.

Bibi is dead serious over the survival of Israel, even if it means losing his office, and he has given fair warning in the form of his joint address to Congress.
Israel is more important to him than his office.
What will tomorrow bring?
Aha, thanks. Interesting though that the hardware in the photo is camouflage paint and the tank just leaked oil on the ground. Also the tanks got their guns trained on the City Hall.
Medvedev might be providing a legal cover, since he has been elected without controversy to his post — forget what it is now. Yeah, obviously he is not in a driver seat.
If Putin dies, power would in theory pass to Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who under the Russian constitution would then have three months to organize a presidential election. The boyish Medvedev, technically, held the job from 2008 to 2012, and may be in position to govern againthis time without Putin looking over his shoulder. So whoever is in charge after the coup will need Medvedev as the figurehead. And yes, the power struggle will no doubt continue because quite a few people made a blood investment in Easter Ukraine by now, just as quite a few would rather have Russia on friendly terms with the West.A smooth transition to power, rather than a protracted power struggle, would seem to be the best case scenario for Russia. Even then, a post-Putin Russia would probably not deviate far from the authoritarian's policies. Putin remains broadly popular in the country, despite an economy teetering under the weight of Western sanctions and collapsed oil prices. A relatively liberal, pro-Western government, such as Boris Yeltsin's, is unlikely to emerge.
The best site to follow what is going on in Moscow is The Interpreter : The info for Saturday is

Wonder if Nemtsov was killed to get him out of the way ‘just in case’, before Putin was maybe scheduled to have a surgical procedure that hasn’t gone well. ?
Wouldn’t want Nemtsov to be handy for people to rally around, if Putin is out of the picture.
If a soviet flag goes up in its place, will our MSM admit that PIAPS "reset" was an utter failure?
How recent is that photo?
I’m not sure how they would know if Zolotov was really gone or just hasn’t been seen because he may be at Putin’s side in a hospital or something. But if he’s really gone, then there’s something BIG going on.
Since this is coming from Ukraine, I put little faith in the accuracy.
Thanks AdmSmith.
Israels former ambassador to Russia: ‘There are signs of a coup’
Zvi Magen believes army factions or wealthy businessmen could be behind President Vladimir Putin’s disappearance.

I doubt that Putin left any “wealthy businessmen” who aren’t on the hook to him, and have guns pointed at them 24/7. I hope he’s dead.
