Internet rumor: Putin gone, Medvedev takes over
verious ^ | Vitaly Klim

Posted on 03/12/2015 8:04:25 PM PDT by annalex

From Vitaly Klim's facebook.

Friends from Moscow reported: since yesterday, since around 11.03.14: 40 minutes and to date, the core functions of the Office of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION Dmitry Medvedev, are in control of the ARMED FORCES of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION. Noticed increased appearances of "member-carriers" [slang for chauffeured limousines of the government people] accompanied by TRAFFIC POLICE and security to the Kremlin and the Russian Government, and the Kremlin and Moscow itself, marked by unprecedented activity of the helicopter flights. Today, on several occasions landing helicopters were also seen on the territory of Hospital at the Office of the President. May be pure coincidence, as the hospital has pretty much solid clientele.

But this only confirms the fact that something's gone wrong!

We are waiting for news!

I hope that the fire damage was limited.

Are the Russians upset over Putin’s actions in the Ukraine? Or in Crimea?

What’s weird is Putin’s encroachment into Ukraine seemed to be perfect timing, considering Obama’s reluctance to challenge Putin in that regard.

However, I’ve been wondering if some of the people surrounding Putin are concerned about the election in the USA next year and the possibility of a hawk President, which would probably put an instant halt to anything going on in either Ukraine or Crimea.

I may be way off base, but the possibility of having to deal with a strong USA mmight not seem like a good thing to most Russians.

I wonder how, exactly, less than 10 year after graduating from law school one becomes managing partner in mutual funds, funds schools and charities, and in another nine years is good enough to finance wars, where KGB assets and sundry ex-cons pretend to be mayors and generals. Russia is evidently a country of miracles.

I guess it depends on if the new Russian leadership tells Iran to drop dead or not. If they do, then with Net’s threat, there will be immediate regime change in Iran, no thanks to zero.

Iran may try to blow up the straits of Hormuz in the meantime, but it looks like the mullah’s and IRG days are over, if we get lucky.

Fire at Novodevichy Monastery was 3 days before a new bidding process for the contract on the next renovations.

http://izvestia.ru/news/584118

This means that the new contract will be bigger.

Starting price of the state contract was 160 million rubles. The current contractor "Stroykomplekt" - won in 2014 The first installment 79.9 million rubles. The second installment 78.7 million rubles. Thus, the company received a total of over 150 million. rubles.

Ten million to go 'to finish the job.'.....which certainly wasn't going to be enough. And so.....

Controlled fire of mostly the scaffolding????

Right. For every Russian “enterprise” there is a fake commercial shell and a KGB engine inside.

Well, whatever it was, he survived it.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday dismissed days of frenzied "rumours" over his health and whereabouts as he appeared in public after an unusually long 10-day absence.

"We would be bored if there were no rumours," Mr Putin said at a meeting with Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev at the sumptuous Konstantinov's Palace just outside Saint Petersburg.

More:

Top: St. Petersburg March 16, 2015
Bottom: Shanghai Summit 2014.

The latter is the reference to SCO Summit held in Dushanbe.

The arrows point to similarities between two, ostensibly different events.

More on Malofeyev:

Another interesting development, as we noted in a list of strange things in Moscow, is the settlement of a 4-year-long dispute with VTB bank by Konstantin Malofeyev, the Russian Orthodox philanthropist and CEO of Marshall Capital Partners who backs the “Novorossiya” cause.
