Behind the 332 pages is the proposal by President Barack Obama to treat the internet like a utility, which would unconstitutionally seize federal power to regulate the Internet like a public utility
The power grab is on, and the Obama Executive Branch will keep it all under wraps until it is too late for you to protest against it. Such has been the tendency of the Obama White House for six years, but now the brazen tyranny is being pranced in front of us as if the hard left minions of President Obama are daring us to make a peep about it.
Republican FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai has revealed in various media interviews that the regulations against Americans through Net Neutrality are provided in a 332 page internet regulation proposal that he has been disallowed to make available to the public. Pai says the provisions in the regulations being proposed are a monumental shift toward government control of how the internet works. According to Pai, the proposed regulations micromanages virtually every aspect of how the internet operates (through the internet conduct rule), it opens the door in billions of dollars of new taxes (through fees based on the reclassification of the internet as a utility) on broadband that consumers are going to have to pay, it will lead to slower broadband speeds, it opens the door to trial lawyers filing class actions across the country, litigation isnt usually the best way to ensure innovation, and there are a whole host of harms that are going to happen.

They will cease to exist.
HOLY CRAP. They are going IMMEDIATELY for the censorship.
Yeah, we became the USSR.
No more anonymity means they can find you if you post something they don't like.
Also, anything political will be treated as a campaign contribution and must be reported to the FEC.
Next, if it's a utility then we can't have anonymous people using it, just like how phone, water, and electricity users are not anonymous. Ignore the fact that you are not really an anonymous user of the utility because your ISP knows you and bills you each month. It's just the traffic content that is anonymous, but the usage is paid for.
And finally, if anonymity is to be banned, then this will also ban all personal encryption and VPN services that spoof internet traffic, with the possible exception of business telecommuting and online banking and stock trading traffic, but only if decryption keys are registered with the government.
That's my prediction, anyway.

I see a fight.
If only there were an opposition party that had balls.
To everyone who claims the Republicans are better than the Democrats, I say there is no proof of it. They are a failed party, just as wrapped up in crony capitalism, person power and wealth as the Democrats.
isn’t there supposed to be a public comment period on these things?
I hope. However, if our side fought, when would they start? Heck, 99% of those who supposedly are on our side , do not believe that the Left wants to kill them. They live in a fool’s paradise.
WTH do I do? Call my “rep” an impeached D-rat judge? Yeah.
This is where the American people need to make a stand. We can still have the techie Democrat geeks on our side in overruling this with legislation through Congress. C’mon, Bill Gates, make your last stand. Now or never. (You can even take Moochelle out to dinner, if that’s what it takes. Sorry.)
The Constitutionality of anything in the bill is irrelevant because John Roberts is Barry’s bitch.
“I think one reason Obama is keeping his net neutrality regulation a secret is that he’s going to eliminate anonymity on the internet.”
You nailed it right there. They want to chill free speech and that is the best way to do it. Say the wrong thing and who knows who will show up at your home or at work.
Another “pass it to find out what’s in it”.... Shameful democrats.
