Don’t buy or live in a HOA neighborhood. If enough people don’t do this, developers will not create them because they will not sell houses.

Many states require HOAs for any development that contains common property.

Don’t buy into communities with common properties.
That is the way to stop HOAs ... assuming that is the goal.

To me this is the same thing as people who constantly complain about Walmart and how it is destroying the country, yadda, yadda, yadda.
