I've seen associations with most of the more actively busybody residents claiming to be conservative. This is what their career and pension profiles looked like.

Come to realize it, the Republican Party pretty much resembles the Democrat Party. It's time to switch to unaffiliated again. And may residential real property values fall to their real worth. An efficient house might be a better idea than another monster after all.
