The writer claims to be able to deduce the effectiveness of the Measles Vaccine with the questionable statistics provided.

Even if one were to accept the data provided, there would not be enough data to determine the effectiveness of the vaccine.

The effectiveness of the vaccine has been firmly established over the past 40 years, and there are millions upon millions of humans around the world who are alive today simply because they received this vaccine.

Only the intentionally ignorant or the galatically stupid believe otherwise.
