People aren’t forced to buy into HOA neighborhood. It’s a contract just like any other contract. You enter into if voluntarily

I agree but in my state you can't see the HOA contract before the arriving at the closing. Who the hell would agree to that?

Can you cite the State and the law restricting viewing the HOA contract?
