For Mitt Romney, it appears that the third time is not the charm.
On a conference call with supporters today, Romney is expected to take a pass on another White House bid, according to an advance text of his remarks.
After putting considerable thought into making another run for president, Ive decided it is best to give other leaders in the Party the opportunity to become our next nominee, Romney plans to say.

No he wouldn’t, he was a failure as a Governor.
Getting rid of Booshie, Crispy, Huckaphony, Santorum, Perry, and Rubio would be helpful.
Nobody is the new Romney. Romney never belonged in GOP politics at all.
This helps Jeb Bush.
Great news!!!
I really, really hope Jeb bows out too.
and the Donald and Carly!
You'll have your chance again to be called a traitor if you feel the same about Bush.
Will I guess that throws the Utah primary wide open
This is like watching 70 year guy old doing a strip tease.
No one cares and the tips are going to be bad.
“Actually the GOP Elites said No, Jeb is The Chosen One.”
Yep. “Willard’s had his turn. Now it’s Jebbie’s turn.”
LOL!
GOOD! Next?
I am still split on whether he should have and taken votes away from Jeb, but Hunstman did a poor job of taking votes away from Romney in 2012 so there is that.
Meant Huntsman
Jeb isn’t bowing out and conservatives won’t coalesce around a conservative candidate.
Here’s how it will work: the RINO establishment will keep a tight leash on all other RINOs and push forward Jeb as RINO One, with no other RINO opposition.
At the same time, they will secretly back faux conservatives such as the Huckster and Santorum to easily split up conservatives, who are about as good at coalescing together as a herd of cats.
I hate to say it, because the thought sickens me, but the Jeb nomination is pretty much in the bag.
We do NOT have the organizational skills required to stick together. We proved it in 2008. We proved it in 2012. We’ll prove it again in 2016.
Conservatives are good people. The Best of America. But when it comes to political organization our skills are pretty much at the bottom of the barrel.
I see virtually no hope for Walker or Cruz or any other good candidate. The RINOs will win in 2016. Easily. Almost without firing a shot.
Indeed.
In fact we’re already seeing the Cruz and Walker factions tear into each other like cats and dogs.
That bodes very well for a Bush nomination.
More like Cruz, Palin, Walker and soon to be Perry factions, if they hold up like 2011-12.
More like the party said our moneys going to JEB.
...
Or Jeb made him an offer he couldn’t refuse.
Don’t stand in the way of royalty.
We're going to have to get Cruz across the finish line by ourselves. All this weeks' push-polling is putting Walker and Rubio where they really AREN'T.
