You need a pass for the Senate chamber. Hearings are first come first seated, no pass required.
Hmmmm ..?? When I visited DC in March of 2001, we were only allowed to enter the balcony in the House Chamber; and no other place. I suppose the rules have changed. And .. we were not allowed to make a sound.
We had to have passes from our local Congressman (Duncan Hunter), in order to even enter the chamber.
So, it really bugs me to see Code Pink to have such access .. and you know it was a DEM who gave them the access.
