Agreed. Right now I think we're closer to 1929 and all that follows. A world full of genuinely stupid governments all trying their damnedest to avoid the two pachyderms in the room: misallocated investment through borrowing everywhere and expansionist and uncivilized societies on the rise (Iran, the Caliphate).
