Yeah, when I heard of the SF proposal, I figured that those in charge were doing some serious acid-tripping, or they were doing serious weed dipped in PCP... That’s how rediculous they were. Seriously, circumcision is “normal” (done on most) baby boys in the United States. Sometimes I feel a lot of people in government are on drugs considering their logic.
