You must have referenced the wrong passage....

That's how the King James translation has it ("him that pisseth against the wall"). Maybe some translations have more decorous language.

My copy of the Septuagint (ed. Alfred Rahlfs, 6th ed.) indicates a gap here but offers a Greek text apparently translated from the Masoretic Hebrew text. The relevant part of verse 10 reads: ourounta pros toichon. Ourounta is a participle from oureo which Liddell & Scott translate as "to make water," and toichos means a wall (used of a house wall rather than the wall around a city).
