The thin blue line is thin because most people know not to cross it. It appears it is going to need to get a little thicker--more forces, heavier armament. Which plays right into Obama's hands. He wants to create a civilian federal police force. One that minorities can trust. Expect it to become useful in the peaceful suburbs for things like overwatering lawns and unlawful firearms.

The federalized police is only possible with complete civilian disarmament. Expect that soon (by EO) since, they are intertwined.
