I dunno. I'm pretty sure that chris37 would assure you at least 5 or 6 times that this is "not a chokehold", because the little guy with his arms handcuffed behind his back is not choking the Barrage Balloon in the Magic Blue Suit.
Though I don't think the Suit was Magic in the end, in this particular case... LOL! :)
