The operative word is concealed. The malls can only make you leave if they make you. So long as you are a legal carrier the only thing they can do is call the police and you can be cited for trespassing if you refuse.
Its a 25 dollar fine. Can i bring it to the mall with out them noticing? Sure. But why? They made it clear with their sign that i should take my money somewhere else.
