True but in 10 or 15 years (took DC about 40 to rebuild 7th St Corridor) the ‘guilt ridden PC people’ will be demanding WE rebuild these areas and try to entice businesses to locate there.

Of course, like DC and Walmart, once the ground is broken the City will ‘change the rules’ ... BECAUSE THEY CAN .. Walmart should have just cut their losses and left when they had the chance. SCREW them ‘power hungry’ SOB’s.

Walmart should have taken a page from Pro Athlete Teams and had the city build their stores......

That is an excellent idea. Let the state government deal with a ghost town. In NO time it wiould fill with homeless, druggies, pimps, pushers, prostitutes and other down and out souls. THEN what?

The state of Missouri would then have to step in and DO something: evict every living soul and LEVEL the ENTIRE town and return it to the prairie dogs.

I'd like to see that!
